Dombroski Family Touched By People Of Bermuda

At the conclusion of the prayer vigil held tonight, March 22, 2018, at the Victoria Park after series of tragic events experienced recently, TNN reporter Trevor Lindsay spoke with John Dombroski Jr.

Mr. Dombroski stated “It is a beautiful country; we have been so overwhelmed all week with the support. From the day I got here on Monday, from the search parties and tons and tons of local citizens came out to help us.

“I can’t walk down the street without getting countless hugs and blessings. It just really means a lot to my family. I haven’t come across anybody that hasn’t been extremely supportive and kind and encouraging and trying to lift my spirits. It goes a long way.”

When asked if his family would ever return to Bermuda  John replied “we would absolutely come back, although there are obviously some bad memories here, we also have many many more great memories.

“Mark, my brother who passed away, has been here since last Wednesday for the tournament and he couldn’t stop talking about  how much he loved this place. My parents were here for the tournament and he kept telling them how we should come back for our family vacation to the island and how much he enjoyed the beaches and the people. It’s a beautiful and special place.”

TNN takes this time to send our most sincere condolences to the Dombroski family for the tragic loss of their son Mark.
