Flora Duffy was crowned the 2017 XTERRA Women's World Champion in Maui.

Duffy won the Xterra World Championship for a record-breaking fourth consecutive time when she crossed the line 13th overall clocking a time of 2:47.48.

Duffy clocked a Swim time of 20:58, before recording a time of 1:41:01 on the Mountain Bike course before closing out with a time of 45:08 on the Run course

Barbara Riveros from Chile was the second female finisher and 24th overall she was clocked at 2:56:12, and the third female finisher was Germany’s Laura Philipp who finished 29th overall with a time of 2:57:25.
